Pursuant to the Bonus Issue which was approved by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Bursa Malaysia Berhad ("Bursa") held on 28 March 2018, adjustments are made to the following number of unvested ordinary shares ("Plan Shares") granted under the Share Grant Plan ("SGP") on the basis of one (1) bonus share for every two (2) existing ordinary shares effective 13 April 2018, as follows:- (1) Vesting of 9,600 Plan Shares [for 6,400 Plan Shares granted] under the 2015 Restricted Share Plan ("RSP") Grant of Bursa's SGP; (2) Vesting of 9,600 Plan Shares [for 6,400 Plan Shares granted] under the 2016 RSP Grant of Bursa's SGP; and (3) Vesting of 9,600 Plan Shares [for 6,400 Plan Shares granted] under the 2017 RSP Grant of Bursa's SGP. |

The above direct interest increased by 19,200 units with the consequential decrease in indirect/deemed interest upon the vesting of 6,400 Plan Shares granted under the 2015 RSP Grant, 6,400 Plan Shares granted under the 2016 RSP Grant, and 6,400 Plan Shares granted under the 2017 RSP Grant of the SGP. His indirect/deemed interest also reduced by up to 42,400 Plan Shares under the 2015 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") Grant, which were not vested on 16 July 2018 and were forfeited as Bursa Group did not meet the performance qualifier.
