COLLABORATION
In 2013, Bursa Malaysia intensified collaborative efforts with industry players, particularly when we refreshed our trading
engine, BursaTrade Securities 2 (BTS2). This exercise involved approximately 300 people industry-wide, 32 industry briefings,
31 meetings with CEOs of broker companies and over 5 test cycles with 17,000 test cases. As a result of this industry effort,
BTS2 went live in early December 2013, well in advance of its initial go-live target of Q1 2014.
