| Remarks : |
| For the financial year ended 31 December 2008: i) an interim dividend of 16.5 sen per share less 26% taxation was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 17 July 2008 and subsequently paid on 13 August 2008. ii) a final dividend of 7.8 sen per share less 25% taxation will be recommended for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
