| On 20 July 2009, the Board of Director approved and declared an interim dividend comprising: i) franked dividend of 5.1 sen per share less 25% taxation (net 3.825 sen per share); and ii) single-tier dividend of 5.0 sen per share, in respect of financial year ending 31 December 2009. |
