We refer to the announcement dated 5 April 2006 on the above. Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we are pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Berhad ("Bursa") and Dalian Commodity Exchange ("DCE") has on 16 June 2006 signed an agreement to jointly organise conferences known as China International Oil and Oilseeds Conference ("the Agreement") for the purposes of promoting markets for edible oils and hedging with exchange traded futures amongst edible oil participants, simulation of institutional investors' involvement in the futures market and raising awareness of Bursa and DCE globally. The Agreement is for a period of 5 years from the date of the Agreement.
