Remarks :
During the financial year ended 31 December 2005, an interim dividend of 10 sen less 28% tax per ordinary share, was paid on 29 August 2005. The Board of Directors has recommended a proposed final dividend of 10 sen less 28% tax per ordinary share in respect of financial year ended 31 December 2005.
