Pursuant to Paragraph 14.09(a) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the following Principal Officers have transacted dealings in the securities of the Company in relation to exercise of options and subsequent disposal of shares of the Company as set out in Table 1 hereunder, and in relation to exercise of options to acquire shares of the Company as set out in Table 2 hereunder, pursuant to the Company's Employees' Share Option Scheme ("ESOS").
