We refer to our announcement dated 9 November 2005 and wish to make amendments to the aforesaid announcement. The amendments have been highlighted in bold as set out below and in Table 1.
Pursuant to Paragraph 14.09(a) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the following Principal Officer has transacted dealings in the securities of the Company in relation to exercise of options and subsequent disposal of shares of the Company, pursuant to the Company's Employees' Share Option Scheme ("ESOS") as set out in Table 1 hereunder.
