We refer to the announcements dated 12 September 2005 and 5 October 2005.
A Petition has been presented to the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur on 10 October 2005 for confirmation of the special resolution of the Company in respect of the reduction of RM416,000,000 of the issued and paid-up capital of the Company by the cancellation of all the Bonus Shares to be issued and that the credit of RM416,000,000 arising from such reduction shall be applied by distributing the same to the shareholders of the Company on such date as the Directors shall decide in the best interests of the Company.
We are pleased to inform that the said Petition is directed to be heard in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur on 28 November 2005.
