Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") would like to announce that Karensoft Technology Berhad ("Karensoft"") is an affected listed issuer pursuant to Guidance Note No. 3/2006 ("GN3") of the Revamped Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities for Mesdaq Market effective 8 May 2006 ("Revamped MMLR").

Karensoft has today announced that it is an affected listed issuer pursuant to paragraph 2.1 of GN3 of the Revamped MMLR.

Bursa Securities would like to emphasize that Bursa Securities will continue to monitor the progress of Karensoft in respect of its compliance with the Revamped MMLR.
