| Remarks : |
| During the financial year ended 31 December 2007: i) an interim dividend of 32 sen per share less 27% taxation was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 17 July 2007 and subsequently paid on 10 August 2007. ii) a special dividend of 28 sen per share less 27% taxation was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 11 October 2007 and subsequently paid on 7 November 2007. iii) a final dividend of 25 sen per share less 26% taxation will be proposed for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
