The Principal Officers of Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Company”) have transacted dealings in the securities of the Company which are exempted from the general restriction on dealings during closed period pursuant to Paragraph 14.06(a) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements in relation to their acquisition of interest in the securities of the Company by virtue of their acceptance of ordinary shares of RM0.50 each (“Plan Shares”) granted under the Company’s Share Grant Plan as set out in Table 1 (Restricted Share Plan) and Table 2 (Performance Share Plan) in the attachment.
