For the financial year ended 31 December 2015, (1) an interim dividend of 16.5 sen per share under the single-tier system was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 15 July 2015 and subsequently paid on 12 August 2015; and (2) a final dividend of 18 sen per share under the single-tier system will be recommended for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
