The Company wishes to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia has approved the Company's request for suspension in the trading of its shares from 9.00am on Tuesday, 6 February 2018 pending the release of a material announcement by the Company.

The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
