SITI AISHAH MD LASSIM
Chief Human Resource Officer
Siti Aishah Md Lassim, aged 41, a Malaysian, graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. She joined Bursa Malaysia as CHRO on 3 November 2008, and brings with her more than 17 years of experience in diverse fields which include management consulting, technology and human resources. Her many roles in human resources include performance management, rewards talent management, organizational restructuring and work force sizing. Her experience spans across multinationals and public listed companies, i.e. oil and gas, investment and commercial banking. Prior to joining Bursa Malaysia, Siti Aishah has been with the Maybank Group since 2002, and her last position there was as the Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate Human Resources.
