Management fees charged to subsidiaries are in respect of operational and administrative functions of the subsidiaries which are performed by
employees of the Company.
Information regarding outstanding balances arising from related party transactions as at the financial year end are disclosed in Note 21.
The Directors are of the opinion that the above transactions have been established on terms and conditions that are not materially different from
those obtainable in transactions with unrelated parties.
(b) Transactions with other related parties
Certain Directors are also directors of stockbroking companies and banks. The transactions entered into with these stockbroking companies
and banks have been established on terms and conditions that are not materially different from those obtainable in transactions with unrelated
parties.
Government-linked and other entities are related to the Company by virtue of the substantial shareholdings of the Kumpulan Wang Persaraan
(Diperbadankan) in the Company. The transactions entered into with these entities have been established on terms and conditions that are not
materially different from those obtainable in transactions with unrelated parties.
