CORPORATE GOVERNANCE STATEMENT

capital markets organised by the Company, namely Invest Malaysia

2014 held on 9-10 June 2014 and the Palm & Lauric Oils Conference

held on 4-5 March 2014.

In 2014, several in-house development programmes were organised for

Directors as below:

• Derivatives Trading, Global Trends and Moving Forward, 20 June 2014

• Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Index, 19 August 2014

• Peeking into the Future, 7 December 2014

• Boardpac application training on iPads for Directors and Regulatory

Committee members.
