Share Grant Plan (“SGP”)
Under the SGP which is the only share issuance scheme of Bursa Malaysia in the financial year (“FY”) 2015, a maximum of 10% of the issued and paid-up
share capital of Bursa Malaysia (excluding treasury shares) comprising ordinary shares of RM0.50 each of the Company (“Plan Shares”) are available at
any point in time during the tenure of the SGP (Maximum Plan Shares Available). Further information on the SGP is set out in the Directors’ Report and Note
28(b) of the Annual Audited Financial Statements for FY 2015 in this Annual Report.
